» Who is Really Taking The Koran Out of Context?
By Pete Fisher | Published 01/24/2006 | Religion | Rating:  printer version

I have written several articles about Islam and my questions as to its’ authenticity and position as a religion of peace. In response I have gotten many different emails and calls varying from an overwhelming support to the handful of apologists who claim I am taking Islamic writings out of context. As well as the threats of many who wish me dead simply because I disagree with islam.

So I have to wonder once more about the texts in Koran and other writings. But the way I see it is definitely not PC and will my views be aired on MSM.

» Now Illegals Have USA Maps From Mexican Government
By Pete Fisher | Published 01/25/2006 | Immigration | Rating:  printer version

It seems we hear the complaints from Mexico about our citizens and their dislike for illegal immigrants coming in from Mexico. They think we are taking it too far and wonder why we do not like millions of people walking over our borders illegally.

First the Mexican government gives these people a nice little manual on how to sneak over the border, how to evade law enforcement officials, where the best jobs are, and how to continue avoiding detection while living here.

So naturally the next step would be to hand out maps of bordering states like Arizona and show them where the watering holes are and the best places to stop and rest up for their illegal trek across America.

» Let the Peaceful Muslims Deal With Hamas
By Pete Fisher | Published 01/28/2006 | Conflict , Religion | Rating:  printer version

Well, now that Hamas is at the helm once again, leading the Palestinians into the Dark Ages, the world is once again put in a situation where we have to find a way to deal with them. Not just as the well know terror group under Arafat, but as an elected government of a people known for constant bloodshed.

It makes me wonder sometimes if there will ever be a solution to that side of the world and the religious ideologies that support bloodshed and slaughter under the dictates of Islam. I have serious doubts that as long as so many are so deceived and have been for generations, that peace can thrive between Islam and the rest of the world.

» Palestinians Losing Foreign Aid. Shall I Cry Now?
By Pete Fisher | Published 02/1/2006 | Conflict | Rating:  printer version

The Palestinian government under Mahmoud Abbas is really beginning to fear the loss of foreign aid to their country. President Bush along with several other nations iterated that until Hamas recognize the right of Israel to exist, and swear off violence, there would be no money. I think this is a very reasonable demand considering the history and belief of Hamas, desiring to eliminate every Jew in Israel and steal the land.

And yet a senior MP who is backed by Hamas says “this was unrealistic expectation” to abide by this. The E.U. meeting in Brussels ruled out the freeze on funds at this time, being their largest donor of 340 million Euros, with the U.S.A at 220 million or so, which is over half a billion dollars US annually they stand to lose.

» The Spoiled Brat Islam
By Pete Fisher | Published 02/5/2006 | Conflict , Politics | Rating:  printer version

The past couple of weeks have shown the intense anger of Muslims around the globe over a cartoon of Mohammed posted in newspapers around Europe. With Palestinians vowing to avenge their prophet with their own blood, and embassies being burned in Syria, it is obvious that the potential for violence is of the hair trigger variety when it comes to Muslims.

All it takes is a columnist like Van Gogh, a cartoon, or even an accidental death of a Muslim and rioting begins somewhere, and at times like this; everywhere. The fact that even clerics in Baghdad are burning Danish flags in the street shows that condoning these acts is not limited to the lower ranks of Islam, but to those who teach it’s principles and know it’s writings well.

» How To Gain Liberal Respect
By Pete Fisher | Published 02/12/2006 | Conflict , Politics | Rating:  printer version

I have been searching the online sites that are out there lampooning the Mohammed cartoon events around the world, some with the freedom of commentary within the sites from all readers.

I was not especially surprised at the Muslim responses; after all they feel their prophet was insulted. I mean, it’s ok to kill someone while screaming his name, just don't slap a picture of him in a newspaper with a bomb on his turban. I guess in all reality I should not have been too surprised at the liberal responses either, but one would think that those who live in an educated nation would reply in ways unlike the people who cry offended right now. But instead, they are blasting the press for the actions right alongside the Muslims. Other liberals are following his course of action by defending these riots worldwide. And now Jimmy Carter wants to give Hamas a chance to dialogue.

» “From Today There is No More Mohammad”
By Pete Fisher | Published 02/26/2006 | Conflict | Rating:  printer version

The NY Times ran this article about riots in Nigeria related to the Mohammed Cartoons; NYT that I found on the Western Resistance site shows that the people of this world are getting fed up with Muslims and their agenda.

It seems that some countries have been beginning to take more stringent action against Islam and it’s violent antics as well as the way they treat non-Mohammedans in countries around the globe. With statements such as ‘”This is Igbo land, No more Muslims can live here” and “From today there is no more Mohammed” showing the patience of people around the world becoming strained, one would think the Muslims of this planet would begin to see how the world views them and their religion.

» The Muslim Trigger
By Pete Fisher | Published 03/7/2006 | Conflict , Religion , Culture | Rating:  printer version

Most people have already heard about the NCU Chapel Hill incident where a Muslim student drove a vehicle into a crowd. His reason was to avenge the way Americans are treating Muslims. Here is a guy who was raised here for the most part, using all of our freedoms and education, and in the future would have had a lucrative career in his chosen field. And due to his religious beliefs, he threw it all away to gain whatever it is he thought he was getting by attacking innocent people.

» Why American Automakers Are Failing
By Pete Fisher | Published 03/23/2006 | Economy , Environment | Rating:  printer version

The American car manufacturers have come a long way since the late 70’s, when most of what they made was considered junk. With Union wages and benefits at an all time high, one would have thought that perhaps we could have done much better than our foreign counterparts. At the time Japanese cars were considered garbage as well, but in a relatively short time they bounced back with a boom in technology and fuel savings that has turned the tables completely.

» The Apocalypse of Mohammed
By Pete Fisher | Published 04/1/2006 | Conflict , Religion | Rating:  printer version

The FBI just nabbed members of Hezbollah trying to cross our borders with the intent to pull off an act of terror. The worst part of it all is the fact that some members had already succeeded in sneaking over at the time of the arrest. Again, their intent is terror because they are filled with a hatred too deep for most civilized people to understand.
