Say NO to Obama's New Massive Debt Budget & Stimulus Plan

Just days after President Barack Obama and his team rolled out a message saying they would cut back on spending, they would even "freeze" some spending, the President is sending to Congress this morning a massive, deficit-hole budget.

Today's Wall Street Journal screams with the headline, "Deficit to Hit All-Time High," as they report that President Obama's budget projects the deficit will shoot up to a record $1.6 trillion this year."  The Associated Press says: "Obama unveils $3.83 trillion budget with massive deficits."

Worse, Obama and the liberal Democrats controlling Capitol Hill now say they want even more stimulus spending, what you probably heard talked about in that State of the Union speech as a "jobs bill."

Haven't they learned?

Massive government spending does not create jobs, it merely puts America's families, children and grandchildren in even more debt.  Massive government spending does nothing to help America's small businesses on main street.  Massive government spending does nothing but give liberal Democrats another blank check to hand out goodies to their liberal special interest friends.

The spending must stop. The stimulus bills cloaked as jobs bills must stop.  We must speak out.

I am sure you saw on the news that President Obama just days ago joined Republicans at a retreat in Baltimore.  In that meeting he was questioned by conservative Congressman Jeb (whom he called Jim) Hensarling (R-TX).

Jeb said this: "You are soon to submit a new budget, Mr. President. Will that new budget, like your old budget, triple the national debt and continue to take us down the path of increasing the cost of government to almost 25 percent of our economy? That's the question, Mr. President."

Obama's response?  After he attacked Jeb for not asking his question quick enough, Obama said, "with all due respect, I've just got to take this last question as an example of how it's very hard to have the kind of bipartisan work that we're going to do, because the whole question was structured as a talking point for running -- running a campaign."

He did not answer the question.

However, Obama did add:  "we increased it by $1 trillion because of the spending that we had to make on the stimulus."

Note his phrase, "we had to make."  Now as this massive new budget hits the desk he is once again plotting with Pelosi and Reid to force through yet another massively wasteful stimulus "jobs" plan.

Tell him and the Congress "NO".

In his State of the Union speech he called for even more spending on his massive, government-run health care plan while claiming it too would lower the deficit.

It makes you wonder what planet he is on.

More massive spending equals a lower deficit... maybe we need to send President Obama to an economics class because he also thinks more government spending which will burden the nation with even more debt will create jobs.

Under the headline, "Stimulus Report Adds Fuel to Fight on Jobs," on page A2 the Wall Street Journal notes recipients of the first economic stimulus money reported that they were employing fewer people than the plan said would be employed when it started.

This is the same stimulus plan that the Obama administration and Pelosi promised would keep our nation's unemployment below 8%, as it roared to over 10%.

Now this same news story quotes Robert Gibbs, President Obama's spokesman, as saying that they want to spend $100 billion more on another stimulus, now called "jobs," bill.

Can our nation afford to keep spending and spending?

Can we afford to keep borrowing when much of those funds are being borrowed from the communist Chinese government and other nations overseas?

When will the American people speak out loud enough to make this stop?
