Increasing Taxes. Are you that Ignorant?

Without the knowledge of basic Economics and the forces that drive the Economy, the Socialist Dictator keeps advocating for increasing taxes on the wealthy…or those making over $250,000 annually. I guess when you are looking down from the throne and have millions, setting an arbitrary income line for saying who is wealthy is real easy. Except for one thing….taxes are regressive and any increase will kill the economy. Is this the only measure he can think of is to increase taxes in a high unemployment environment, and to eliminate the debt ceiling so he has unrestricted spending to solve the ills of our economy? Is he that ignorant of basic economics? Seems the answer is a resounding “YES!”

Any increase on the wealthy has already shown it will only pay the bills for like 8 days. Does this make any sense? It does for those that take from the government without contributing into the tax pool. It also sounds good during campaigning…not in reality. An increase in taxes will not reduce the budget deficit. It will be looked at by Congress and the village idiot as additional revenue. Without severe cuts in spending, particularly in those areas that return nothing to government, including the stimulus, bailouts, and entitlement programs (like cell phones) there will be no reduction whatsoever.

Except to you and me, the average tax payer. What we will see is a reduction in our disposable income...for the uneducated that is the money we have available to buy things after taxes. You pay bills and mortgages with this income. A reduction with an increase in taxes means a lot less to spend. We then curtail our spending on niceties. If we have to, then the village idiot has to. He has lain his extravagant spending squarely on the shoulders of the tax payer. We need tax relief to stimulate the economy, not to retract our spending and draw down the market forces that make an economy stronger. But you would have to understand basic economics...not put a Czar to do this...

Right now he is like a spoiled child who doesn’t get his way. He is in the throws of a tantrum with Congress. Except for us, we can’t put him in a corner for time out. His tantrums will cost this country in so many ways; it is almost unconceivable that he was re-elected. Be aware tax payer and voter...he has already shown his disdain for the law and process of having to work with congress. He is out trying to sell his plan just like campaigning. He does this because he doesn’t know how to work with Congress. The only people he can mobilize are the takers...those who take from the government who are the mainstay of his support base. He has wielded his EOs like writing parking tickets. In the end he will resort to this method as he continues to use them to legislate around congress and the constitution. He will force his flawed and poorly thought out plans on the American people who will then pay the costs for his impudence.

In Forrest Gump, the saying” stupid is as stupid does” came to prominence. The village idiot has brought it to new heights...stupid is as he always does.... (JMJ)
