Death of Democracy

With the passage of the Health Care Bill, our trek into socialism is complete as the triads of socialist passions are happy with themselves. In the Star Wars saga Revenge of the Sith, Senator Amandala exclaims in the Senate, "So this is how Democracy dies, with thunderous applause."
And don't forget the backslapping and handshakes as everyone that voted for this atrocity are so pleased with themselves.
Democracy dies, now the rebellion begins in earnest. This will mobilize grass roots organizations like never before. The members of Congress have signed their own political death warrants for the upcoming November elections. While I am not bewildered by the passage of this monstrosity, I was hoping it would not come down to this. There is nothing more dangerous than hunting a wounded animal.
Even if the Health Care fiasco is striped of federal funding of aborting (it doesn't) it won't work. The Obama executive order is not the law of the land and is worthless as the paper its printed on. Even if we can afford this (we can't as it will push the national debt in orbit) it won't work. Even if we could insure everybody (we can't) what is the government's definition of 'everybody?' Does that include non-U.S. citizens (illegal aliens)? Even if we can give medical care to all (we can't) it won't work.
Forty million plus people are expected to be cared for by the entire medical established. Do we have the corresponding amount of doctors, nurses, technicians, EMT's with the infrastructure like hospitals and clinics to absorb this? No, we don't. Will the medical establishment start to crank out personnel to handle this? No it won't. Will the medical establishment deal with mountains of red tape just to get paid?
No, and they don't get paid on time anyway. This will create a medical bottle neck as the uninsured now compete with the insured. We will stand in line and have our health care doled out to us in an eye dropper. If you don't believe me, visit Canada's health care system.
I hope you're happy with yourself Mr. & Mrs. Congress. You have "your health care" and the "masses" have theirs. Note: Congress is exempt from this bill (LOL).
