Critical Christmas Eve Health Care Vote Coming

A Christmas Eve vote.

That is the latest stunt liberal Leader Harry Reid is trying to pull in order to pass Obama's health care bill.

This is just one more attempt to silence the voice of Americans opposed to a government take over of health care.

They do not believe you will pay attention to what they are up to if you are spending time with your family or church on Christmas Eve.

It is an outrage.

Today we need to send a message to all Senators - vote NO on Christmas Eve.

SEND A MESSAGE NOW. SIGN THE PETITION TO THE U.S. SENATE. TELL THEM TO VOTE "NO" WHEN THE HEALTH CARE BILL COMES UP CHRISTMAS EVE.

Poll after poll now shows Americans are solidly against this health care bill. However, tremendous pressure is being placed on the Senators by Obama.

Nancy Pelosi and her liberals in the House did their work on a massive liberal health care bill and they also are pressuring the Senate to do the same.

You may have seen the news coverage from yesterday when new, liberal Senator Al Franken shut down debate on Senator Lieberman. At the same time Senator Lieberman is wavering, Senator Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) has said he too will vote against this bill.

They could change their votes. Worse, one of our other Senators who currently supports us could change their vote and send the bill through.

ALL Senators need to be reminded where you stand.

Multiple news stories have discussed this vote.

The Washington Post said "Democrats are hopeful they will be able to begin clearing the parliamentary hurdles that would allow final passage of their version of the legislation by Christmas Eve."

Newspaper Politico outlined a time frame this way, "the majority leader (Reid) must begin the procedural steps necessary to finish the bill by Christmas Eve. The current timeline would have the Senate taking a series of votes: at 1 a.m. Monday, 7 a.m. Tuesday, 1 p.m. Wednesday and 7 p.m. Christmas Eve." They are setting the stage.

Even Senator Olympia Snowe said in today's Wall Street Journal that, "The time frame is totally unrealistic," when discussing a vote before Christmas.

Liberal Leader Harry Reid does not care. He is being pushed by Pelosi and Obama and they want the vote on Christmas Eve.

These Americans were voicing the concerns of millions of Americans.
